A qualifying subscriber is anyone who converts from the $7 trial to the $49/month subscription during the contest window (including the Week 3 grace period). Refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and self-referrals do NOT count. If you had referrals BEFORE the contest and they renew at $49 during the contest window, those count too.
Prize money and all commissions are paid on the 1st of the month following the contest via PayPal. Everything comes in one deposit — your prize winnings (if applicable) plus your regular 35% commissions on all sales.
If 2 affiliates tie for 1st place, they split 1st + 2nd prize equally (75% of the pool ÷ 2 = 37.5% each). If 3 tie, they split 1st + 2nd + 3rd equally (90% ÷ 3 = 30% each). If 4+ tie, they split the entire pool equally.
