This policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while protecting the integrity of our proprietary indicator suite and intellectual property.

All Sales Are Final
Please note that all products and services offered by Alpha Intelligence are non-refundable under any circumstances, due to the nature of instant digital delivery, proprietary intellectual property, and immediate access to our indicator suite upon subscription.

This includes, but is not limited to:
• Monthly indicator subscriptions
• Any and all access to Alpha Intelligence indicators via TradingView
• Tutorial videos and educational content
• Any other product or service offered for sale through getalphaindicators.com

By purchasing any service or product from Alpha Intelligence, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that no refund, credit, or exchange will be offered, regardless of usage or participation, for ANY product offered for sale from getalphaindicators.com or Alpha Intelligence LLC.

No Partial or Prorated Refunds

We do not offer prorated or partial refunds of any kind. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining days.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
• You will retain access to the Alpha Intelligence indicator suite through the end of your current billing period.
• Your indicators will be removed from your TradingView account at the end of your billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
• No refund will be issued for the current or any previous billing period.

To cancel your subscription, follow the cancellation instructions provided in your account dashboard or contact us at info@getalphaindicators.com.
Subscription Pricing and Changes

ALPHA INTELLIGENCE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AT ANY TIME.
Subscribers will be notified at least thirty (30) days prior to any price increase via the email address associated with their account. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the 30-day notice period.

Key points regarding pricing changes:
• There is no grandfathering of previous pricing. All subscribers are subject to current pricing as updated from time to time.
• As new indicators are added to the suite, pricing may be adjusted to reflect the increased value of the Services.
• Continued use of the Services after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• If you do not wish to pay the new price, you may cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle at no penalty.
• You will not be charged the new price until your next billing cycle after the 30-day notice period has elapsed.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Our indicators are proprietary digital products that provide immediate, full access upon subscription. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be “returned” once access has been granted. Additionally:
• You receive instant, full access to all indicators the moment your subscription is activated.
• Our Pine Script source code and proprietary algorithms are delivered to your TradingView account immediately.
• The intellectual property and methodology contained within our indicators is exposed upon access.

For these reasons, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, your access to all Alpha Intelligence Services will be immediately and permanently terminated. Alpha Intelligence reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in the event of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback, including recovery of the disputed amount, associated fees, and attorneys’ costs.
