The following Affiliate Program Policy (the “Policy”) governs your participation in the Alpha Intelligence LLC (“Alpha Intelligence,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.

1. Program Overview
The Alpha Intelligence Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn recurring commissions by referring new subscribers to the Alpha Intelligence indicator suite. Affiliates receive a unique referral link (including custom vanity URLs) and earn a percentage of each referred subscriber’s monthly payment for as long as the referred subscriber maintains an active subscription.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment
Participation in the Program is by application only. Alpha Intelligence reserves the sole and absolute right to approve or reject any affiliate application for any reason, without obligation to provide an explanation. To be eligible, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have an active PayPal account capable of receiving payments.
• Agree to and comply with all terms of this Policy.
• Not be a current subscriber seeking to self-refer for a discount.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or agent of any direct competitor.

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Base Commission Rate
All approved affiliates begin at a base commission rate of thirty-five percent (35%) of each referred subscriber’s monthly payment. This is a recurring commission paid for the lifetime of the referred subscriber’s active subscription.

3.2 Enhanced Commission Rates
Alpha Intelligence offers enhanced commission rates of up to fifty percent (50%) based on affiliate performance, audience size, content quality, and strategic value to the brand. Enhanced rates are negotiable and determined at Alpha Intelligence’s sole discretion. There is no guaranteed path to enhanced rates; they are offered on a case-by-case basis.

3.3 Commission Calculation
Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the net subscription payment received by Alpha Intelligence (after payment processor fees and any applicable taxes). Commissions are earned only on successful, non-refunded, non-charged-back payments.

4. Cookie Duration and Attribution
When a potential customer clicks your affiliate link, a tracking cookie is placed on their device for a duration of one hundred (100) days. If the customer subscribes within this 100-day window, the referral is attributed to you for the lifetime of that customer’s subscription. This is the longest cookie window in the TradingView indicator industry.

Attribution is on a last-click basis. If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent affiliate link clicked within the cookie window receives credit for the referral.

5. Audience Discount Codes
Select affiliates may be provided with unique discount codes to offer their audiences. Discount amounts range from five percent (5%) to thirty percent (30%) off the subscription price, determined at Alpha Intelligence’s sole discretion based on the affiliate’s audience size, engagement, and strategic value. Discount codes are not guaranteed and may be modified or revoked at any time.

6. Promotional Giveaways
Larger affiliates and influencers may be provided with complimentary indicator subscriptions to use as promotional giveaways for their audiences. The quantity, duration, and terms of giveaway subscriptions are determined at Alpha Intelligence’s sole discretion and may be modified or revoked at any time.

7. Payout Terms

7.1 Payout Schedule
Affiliate commissions are paid on the first (1st) of each month for all qualifying sales from the prior calendar month. For example, commissions earned during the month of June will be paid on July 1st.

7.2 Minimum Payout Threshold
The minimum payout threshold is fifty dollars ($50.00 USD). If your accrued commissions do not meet the minimum threshold, they will roll over to the following month until the threshold is met.

7.3 Payment Method
All affiliate payouts are made exclusively via PayPal. You are responsible for maintaining a valid PayPal account and providing accurate payment information. Alpha Intelligence is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect PayPal information provided by the affiliate.

7.4 Chargebacks and Refunds
If a referred customer initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or receives a refund for any reason, the commission associated with that transaction will be deducted from your next month’s commission payout. If your commission balance is insufficient to cover the deduction, the negative balance will carry forward until recovered from future commissions.

8. Vanity URLs (Custom Affiliate Slugs)
Approved affiliates may request a custom vanity URL in the format: getalphaindicators.com/ref/[your-custom-slug]. Custom slugs are subject to availability and must not contain offensive, misleading, or trademarked terms. Alpha Intelligence reserves the right to reject or revoke any custom slug at its sole discretion.

9. Affiliate Obligations and Prohibited Activities
As an affiliate, you agree to the following obligations and restrictions:
• You will not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Alpha Intelligence, its indicators, or potential trading results.
• You will not guarantee profits, specific returns, or trading outcomes to potential customers.
• You will not engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or any form of deceptive marketing.
• You will not bid on Alpha Intelligence branded keywords (e.g., “Alpha Intelligence,” “getalphaindicators”) in paid search advertising.
• You will not create websites, social media accounts, or content that could be confused with official Alpha Intelligence properties.
• You will not use cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any other deceptive tracking methods.
• You will not self-refer or create fake accounts to earn commissions.
• You will not disparage or make negative statements about Alpha Intelligence, its products, or its team.
• You will clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines and all applicable laws.
• You will not promote Alpha Intelligence on coupon, deal, or discount aggregator websites without prior written approval.

10. Competitor Restrictions
Affiliates may not simultaneously promote or be affiliated with direct competitors of Alpha Intelligence, including but not limited to: LuxAlgo, ChartPrime, Flux Charts, Zeiierman, or any other TradingView indicator provider offering substantially similar products. If you are found to be actively promoting a direct competitor, your affiliate account may be suspended or terminated at Alpha Intelligence’s sole discretion.

11. Modification of Affiliate Terms
ALPHA INTELLIGENCE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, AMEND, OR CHANGE ANY TERMS OF THIS AFFILIATE POLICY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COMMISSION RATES, COOKIE DURATION, PAYOUT TERMS, AND PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY, AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE, AT ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION.

Alpha Intelligence may also modify individual affiliate terms based on performance, audience quality, compliance history, or any other factor deemed relevant by the Company. Continued participation in the Program after any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without cause. Upon termination:
• All pending commissions that have met the minimum payout threshold will be paid on the next scheduled payout date.
• Commissions below the minimum payout threshold at the time of termination are forfeited.
• Your affiliate links will be deactivated and will no longer track referrals.
• You must immediately cease all use of Alpha Intelligence branding, logos, and marketing materials.

Alpha Intelligence reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account immediately and without notice for violation of this Policy, fraudulent activity, or conduct deemed harmful to the Alpha Intelligence brand.

13. Intellectual Property
Alpha Intelligence grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved Alpha Intelligence logos, banners, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Services under this Program. All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Alpha Intelligence LLC. Affiliates may not modify, alter, or create derivative works from any Alpha Intelligence materials without prior written consent.

14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHA INTELLIGENCE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY AFFILIATE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS POLICY OR THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM.

15. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Wyoming.
