Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To be effective, the notification must be in writing and contain the following information:

2 Identify the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Services.
3 Provide reasonably sufficient information to permit us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address.

5 Provide a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
6 Provide an electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
7 Deliver the DMCA Notice, with the above information completed, to our Designated DMCA Agent with “DMCA Takedown Request” in the subject line to:

All Alpha Intelligence indicators, Pine Script source code, algorithms, detection engines, scoring systems, tutorial videos, educational content, website content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Alpha Intelligence LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or any other use of Alpha Intelligence intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate termination of your subscription and access to the Services.
• Civil litigation seeking damages, injunctive relief, and attorneys’ fees.
• Criminal prosecution under applicable federal and state laws.
