The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) are between you and Alpha Intelligence LLC (“Alpha Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your use of the Alpha Intelligence website located at https://getalphaindicators.com (the “Site”), and any content, products, indicators, or services made available from or through the Site, including any subdomains thereof (collectively, the “Services”).

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY USING THE SERVICES AND/OR ACCEPTING THESE TERMS BY CLICKING “I ACCEPT,” SUBSCRIBING, OR SIMILAR ATTESTATION, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST EXIT THE SERVICES IMMEDIATELY AND DISCONTINUE ANY USE OF THE SAME.

1. Your Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms between you and Alpha Intelligence govern your use of the Services. Your use of the Services signifies your acceptance of these Terms and constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Alpha Intelligence. Alpha Intelligence may modify these Terms at any time and will post the modified Terms on the Site. Any modification is effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services will be conclusively deemed to signify your acceptance of such modifications.

2. The Services
The Services provided by Alpha Intelligence LLC include a suite of proprietary TradingView indicators, educational content, tutorial videos, and related materials made available via the Site located at https://getalphaindicators.com, as well as any affiliated platforms, applications, subdomains, or digital storefronts.

The Services consist of access to proprietary technical analysis indicators designed for use on the TradingView charting platform, including but not limited to:
• Naked VWAP Suite — Multi-timeframe Volume-Weighted Average Price indicator with institutional-grade detection engines.
• Naked POC Suite — Multi-timeframe Point of Control indicator with volume profile analysis.
• Alpha Structure Suite — Multi-timeframe market structure indicator with break of structure, market structure shift, and swing failure pattern detection.
• Order Blocks Suite — Multi-timeframe order block indicator with fair value gap detection, breaker blocks, and institutional scoring.

The Services also include access to tutorial videos, educational walkthroughs, and documentation designed to support your use of the indicators.

All Services are offered as educational content and technical analysis tools only. No portion of the Services constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, nor are they intended to recommend the purchase, sale, or holding of any specific securities, digital assets, or investment instruments. Any reliance upon the information presented within the Services is at your sole discretion and risk.

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at our sole discretion, including features, pricing, content, or access rights, without notice.

3. Subscriptions and Billing
Alpha Intelligence operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to the Services, you agree to the following:

3.1 Subscription Terms
Access to the Alpha Intelligence indicator suite is provided on a monthly recurring subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

3.2 Payment
You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. All payments are processed through third-party payment processors (currently Stripe). Alpha Intelligence does not store or have direct access to your credit card or payment information.

3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Services through the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.

3.4 No Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. Please refer to our Refund & Subscription Policy for full details.

3.5 Price Changes
ALPHA INTELLIGENCE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AT ANY TIME. SUBSCRIBERS WILL BE NOTIFIED AT LEAST THIRTY (30) DAYS PRIOR TO ANY PRICE INCREASE VIA THE EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR ACCOUNT.
Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the 30-day notice period. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not wish to pay the new price, you may cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle at no penalty.

There is no grandfathering of previous pricing. All subscribers, regardless of enrollment date, are subject to current pricing as updated from time to time. As Alpha Intelligence continues to develop and add new indicators to the suite, pricing may be adjusted to reflect the increased value of the Services.

4. Account Requirements
To access the Services, you must create an account on getalphaindicators.com and provide a valid TradingView username. You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Providing and maintaining an accurate TradingView username for indicator access.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying Alpha Intelligence immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Alpha Intelligence reserves the right to terminate accounts that are inactive, in violation of these Terms, or associated with fraudulent activity.

5. TradingView Access
The Alpha Intelligence indicators are delivered via the TradingView platform. Access to the indicators requires an active TradingView account. Alpha Intelligence is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with TradingView, Inc. TradingView® is a registered trademark of TradingView, Inc. (www.TradingView.com). TradingView® has no affiliation with the owner, developer, or provider of the Services described herein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining your TradingView account and ensuring compatibility with the indicators. Alpha Intelligence is not responsible for any issues arising from TradingView platform changes, outages, or account restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality, including all indicators, Pine Script source code, algorithms, detection engines, scoring systems, trademarks, service marks, images, descriptions, tutorial content, and any and all related technology and any modifications, enhancements, or derivative works thereof (collectively, “Alpha Intelligence Materials”) are the exclusive property of Alpha Intelligence LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws and treaties.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and an active subscription, Alpha Intelligence grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable right to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial trading use. No right, title, or interest in or to the Services or any content on the Services is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Alpha Intelligence.

You expressly agree that you will NOT:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, display, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast, sell, license, or in any way exploit the Alpha Intelligence Materials in whole or in part.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or logic of any indicator or detection engine.
• Share, transfer, resell, or provide access to your subscription or any indicator to any third party.
• Use the Services for competitive purposes, including to develop or enhance a competing service or product.
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute tutorial videos or educational content.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Services.

Any unauthorized use of the Alpha Intelligence Materials shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may violate applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Prohibited Uses
You agree that you will not use the Services to:
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Alpha Intelligence, an Alpha Intelligence employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services.
• Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services.
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services for any purpose without our express written permission.
• Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER ALPHA INTELLIGENCE NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH ALPHA INTELLIGENCE MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER ALPHA INTELLIGENCE NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH ALPHA INTELLIGENCE REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SERVICES, THEIR CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.

ALPHA INTELLIGENCE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY INDICATOR WILL PRODUCE PROFITABLE TRADING RESULTS. PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, ALPHA INTELLIGENCE HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ALPHA INTELLIGENCE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICES OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Loss of revenue, income, or profits
• Loss of business or anticipated savings
• Loss of use, goodwill, or data
• Trading losses or missed trading opportunities
• Personal injury or pain and suffering
• Any other damages of any nature

WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alpha Intelligence LLC, Drew Wolfer, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, any use of the Services’ content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the Services and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Wyoming without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Wyoming.

12. Termination
Alpha Intelligence may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services and cancel your subscription.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, Financial Disclaimer, Copyright Policy, Affiliate Policy, and Refund & Subscription Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Alpha Intelligence LLC regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Services.
